3. Printing screen(grid) device and adjustment
3-1) Start the power switch, make the printing machine head rise, load the screen plate into the left and right grid clamps, release the lock of the left and right mesh arms depending on the size of the screen plate, move the left and right mesh arms, put the grid plate into the grid clamp, and then manually pull down the pneumatic switch to lock the grid frame, handle and locking grid arm handle.
3-2) Grid gap adjustment: you can adjust the grid pitch adjustment knob on the left mesh clamp arm, or open the attached board behind the rack and adjust the grid frame lifting adjustment wheel to adjust the mesh pitch size (generally 5-8mm)

4. Scraper device and adjustment

4-1) Installation of scraper: open the table switch, raise the printing head, install the scraper and ink return knife on the scraper and ink return knife hanger, and then lock the clamp with the printing knife.
4-2) Printing pressure adjustment: adjust scraper pressure by adjustment knob to increase or decrease pressure.
4-3) Scraper parallel adjustment: adjust printing knife parallel by adjustment knob to make the scraper parallel to the platen.
4-4) Scraper angle adjustment: you can loosen the scraper angle adjustment screw, and then turn the scraper and ink-return knife to achieve the required printing angle, and then lock.
4-5) Printing cylinder switching speed adjustment: adjust cylinder speed throttle valve to speed up or slow down the switching speed
5. Adjustment of the printing stroke
5-1) The printing stroke is determined according to the size of the printed pattern.
5-2) There are two proximity switches on the printing guide, the left side limits the left maximum position, and the right one limits the right maximum position.
5-3) Be careful not to let the printing head hit the left and right grid clips or screen frames when adjusting the stroke.
6. Positioning method of fabric and preparation of working platen
6-1) The method of printing positioning generally has two types: hole positioning and edge positioning. In addition to high-precision printing and special printing, the three-point positioning method is generally adopted.
6-2) In order to make full use of the vacuum suction, cover the suction hole of the work surface other than the substrate with tape.
7. Screen printing pattern size, proofreading of fabric and screen pattern
7-1) Size that the screen is sunned: In normal printing, the pattern is to the inner edge of the screen, the left side is 12cm, the right side is 8cm, and the front and back are 5cm.
7-2) Place the substrate on the workbench and position it on the positioning sheet on the worktop.
7-3) Place the head with screen plate in the falling position, and adjust the work surface fine-tuning knob to coincide with the substrate pattern.
8. Screens and function introduction
1.1 Introduction of buttons:
Power switch: knob switch, right-hand start power.
Emergency stop switch: In case of emergency, press any of the three red mushroom head emergency stop switches in the left, middle and right, all actions of the equipment are in the emergency stop state, and the equipment stops running.

1.2 Screens introduction
Boot screen:
Touch any place in the boot screen to enter the running screen.
Working screen
Manual/Automatic: Switch between manual and automatic modes.
Fully automatic mode: Before fully automatic mode, please check the working voltage, air pressure, whether the workpiece is in place, and manually click back to the zero point. Wait for the servo to return to the zero point successfully. It can be switched to automatic mode, the equipment is fully automatic operation.
Semi-automatic mode: Before the semi-automatic mode, the machine needs to return to the zero point operation: Click the touch screen semi-automatic button, the screen prompts to enter the semi-automatic state, press the start button on the touch screen again or the left or right start button in the line body once. Then enter a single run. After the work is completed, press the start button again to perform the semi-automatic run again.
Return to the zero point: Press the touch screen on the zero point, then the platen, scraper and rack will return to the zero position. At this time, you can use the automatic mode and semi-automatic mode.
Stop at the left point/stop at the right point: Stop at the left point means a stroke completed and the scraper stops at left. Stop at the right point means stops at right.
One time/ double time: One time only starts counting from scrape scraping right. The double time starts from right to left, and then from left to right, it is called double time.
Initiate: It has the same function as the start button on the rack. When the automatic state is selected, the automatic mode is started.
Printing loop: Set the number of printing.
Current number of prints: Displays the number of prints that are currently running.
Production accumulation: In automatic mode, press Start, when a cycle is run, the output is added up
Clear: Press clear to set zero. The production accumulation is cleared, then the counting restarts.
Emergency stop: it should be displayed in red during the emergency.
Running/warning: Normal operation, display running. A red light is lit when an alarm is reported.
Adjustment screen:
Scraper knife: Under the manual mode, press to descend scraper, then press again, the scraper is reset.
Rescraper knife: Under the manual mode, press to descend, and then press it again to reset.
Printing head: Press the printing head button, the print head moves. Tap again and the printing head stop.
Off-grid shutdown: Click it to start Off-grid shutdown. Tap again to close.
← Scraping: Under the manual mode, press this button, the scraper will move to the left and stop when it hits the left limit.
Scraping →: In manual mode, press this button to move the scraper to the right and stop when it hits the right limit.
Frame↑: In manual mode. When the platen is at the working position, tap this button and the frame rises.
Frame↓: In the manual mode. When the platen is in the working position, tap this button, the frame will fall.
← platen: In the manual mode. When the frame is in the upper limit position, press this button, the platen runs to the left, and stops after the touch the proximity switch.
platen→: In the manual mode. When the frame is in the upper limit position, press this button, the platen runs to the right, and stops after touch the proximity switch
Fan switch: press the fan to start, and press again to turn off the fan.
Single scraper /double scraper: single squeegee refers to only the scraper ; Double scraper refers to the alternation of the scraper and the rescraper.
Left plate electromagnet: In the manual mode, press this button once and the left electromagnet works.
Right plate electromagnet: In the manual mode, press this button once and the right electromagnet works.
Parameters screen:
Printing loop: The number is the same in the running screen
Scraper switching time: refers to the time that the scraper switches to the rescraper.
Manual set the speed of the platen, auto set the speed of platen ,set the speed of paten reseting : the scraping speed can be set based on the technical parameters.
Fully automatic cycle time: refers in the automatic mode the Interval time between last loop and next loop
Warning screen
In automatic or semi-automatic mode, when the workpiece is not in place, there will be corresponding fault information prompting, and the location can be quickly found according to the fault content. After the fault occurs, after the fault is solved by the professional, press the Warning reset button to reset or power off and reset again.
