2, Main uses

3, Product features:
The pressure adopts a built-in cylinder device, which can convert smaller pressure into strong compression force.  The pressure can be adjusted freely, and it is widely used for electronic digital display temperature control in factory assembly lines, with high accuracy (± 2 ºC);

4, Operation steps
1. Connect the compressor connector, open the air pressure, adjust the pressure gauge (4pB-6pB), and raise the heating plate; 2. Connect the air switch, turn on the main power switch, and the indicator light will immediately turn on.
3. After adjusting the required time and temperature, wait for the machine to heat up.
4. After the heating is completed, the temperature gauge OUT1 light goes out and automatically flashes (during insulation), starting the test for clothing
Place the item flat on a silicone pad, press it flat, put it into a hot stamping paper (pay attention to the front and back of the paper), and then put it on high temperature
Push the cloth directly into the left sliding table, move it to the working position of the sliding table close to the switch position, press down the cylinder, and hot stamping begins.
5. After the set time, the heating plate will automatically rise, move the right sliding table to the position close to the switch inside the workbench, and repeat the hot stamping process.
6. Adjust the machine to the best effect based on the trial printing effect. If the item being scalded is a cold torn art paper, please wait for 5-10 seconds before removing it. If it is a hot torn art paper, please immediately remove it after hot stamping
7. After successful trial printing, you can turn the conversion switch to the left to automatic mode. After placing the hot stamping item, simply move the handle directly above the hot stamping item, and the hot stamping will start automatically. In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop button. At this time, the upper pressure plate (heating plate) will automatically rise. After the emergency stop button is reset, hot stamping can continue.
